How do deposits work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date. It is refundable up to seven days before your event, and after that may be moved to a new date within six months.
Is Kayla's Bakery licensed?
Kayla's Bakery is a home bakery operating under [State]'s cottage food law. Treats are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the health department, and each order is labeled accordingly.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Ingredients can be left out on request, but the kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy and nuts, so cross-contact can't be ruled out.
How should a buttercream cake be kept?
Somewhere cool and out of direct sun. If refrigerated, allow about two hours at room temperature before serving so the buttercream softens.
What can be printed?
Your photographs, artwork, invitation designs, monograms and logos. Kayla sends a preview for approval before printing.
