How do deposits work?
A 50% deposit holds your date. It's refundable up to 7 days before your event; after that it can move to a new date within 6 months.
Is this a licensed bakery?
Kayla's Bakery is a home bakery operating under [State]'s cottage food law. Treats are made in a home kitchen that isn't inspected by the health department, and every order is labeled that way.
What about allergies?
Everything is made in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy and nuts. Kayla can leave ingredients out, but can't promise no cross-contact.
How should I store a buttercream cake?
Keep it cool and out of the sun. If it's going in the fridge, take it out about 2 hours before serving so the buttercream gets soft and creamy again.
What can be printed?
Your own photos, artwork, invitations, logos and patterns, or Kayla can find a design to match your theme. She'll send a preview before printing.
