  • Ages 4+
  • 90 minutes
  • 8–16 kids
  • At your place

Every kid gets two cupcakes, four colors of buttercream in piping bags, a sprinkle bar and edible-print toppers in your party theme. Kayla shows them how to pipe a swirl, then lets them loose. Aprons, boxes and cleanup included.

  • 2 hours
  • Up to 12 guests
  • Smash cake included

The birthday kid decorates their own 6″ cake like a real cake decorator: icing, drips, sprinkles and their own edible-print topper. Guests decorate cupcakes alongside. Then you light the candles on a cake they made.

How a party goes

A 90-minute cupcake party, minute by minute.

  1. Kayla sets up

Tablecloths, aprons, piping bags and the sprinkle bar, all on your kitchen or patio table.

  2. Pipe like a pro

A quick demo: how to hold the bag, how to swirl, how to make a rosette.

  3. Decorating free-for-all

Every kid decorates two cupcakes any way they like. Extra sprinkles are encouraged.

  4. Show & tell

Everyone shows off their creation, and there's time for a group photo with the cupcakes.

  5. Box it up

Cupcakes go home in a box with each kid's name. Kayla cleans up, you relax.

Questions

Party FAQ

How messy does it get?

Honestly? A little. Kayla covers the table, brings aprons and does the cleanup, so the mess stays on her tablecloths and not your floor.

What about allergies?

Tell Kayla when you book. She can bring nut-free sprinkles and label everything, but the kitchen isn't allergen-free, so treats may contain traces of wheat, eggs, dairy, soy and nuts.

How much space do we need?

One big table (or two pushed together) with room for the kids around it. Kitchen, dining room, patio or garage all work.

How far ahead should I book?

About three weeks for parties and classes, especially on weekends. Kits need five days.

Can you match our party theme?

Yes! That's the fun part. Buttercream colors, sprinkles and edible-print toppers can all match your invitation.

Let's party.

Tell Kayla the date, how many decorators and the theme, and she'll send you a quote.
